November Share
Thank you to everyone who shared my October post to help spread the word about my website and newly released books. I can't say that much longer, after all, It has been over three months since Black Bear's Adventure and Black Bear's Adventure Companion Guide were released. With Covid starting too spike again, I can use all the help I can get promoting my books.
If you would like to be included in November's Share Give-away, be sure to share, forward, and or retweet this post for your chance to win a small, insignificant gift from me.
As fall weather is pushing us all inside, now is a great time to get your copy of Black Bear's Adventure and Black Bear's Adventure Companion Guide so you can bring the outdoors inside. If you are like me, a fair weather outdoor enthusiast, curling up with a good book is the best way to spend these cold, rainy fall days. While I wrote this story for children, I am getting feed back from my adult friends and strangers who enjoy the story as well. And even better, if you have little ones around to share the story with, these two books are a great way to pass the time together. Soon, I will have a video recording of Black Bear's Adventure available for purchase. Be sure to check back for that. It is at the editors as I type this.
More to come...
My memoire makes progress each week. Just this very afternoon, I received the final proofing from my editor. The cover designer is doing his thing, and I am finalizing a few items on my part. So, if you liked the children's version of my AT hike, you are sure to enjoy the blood, sweat, and tears in the grown-up version. I will be figuring out how to do some virtual readings for you later.
Thanks again for October Shares, and I thank you all in advance for sharing this November. Just a reminder, if you forward this post via email, be sure to drop me a quick message stating you did so. Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram will notify me that you did so. And also, make sure you have permission from your contacts to send it to them.
Happy Hiking,
Emily
Health Update:
Chips, chocolate, and soda have almost successfully been removed from the menu. A couple small and controlled treats were planned and allowed. A two-day detox will take place this week. I made it till lunch time today with a fast. But I just can't do the whole day when I am busy. I will have to do the detox on two consecutive days when I can just veg out. It's one day at a time.
